Inoculants

Inoculants are Ferro Silicon based highly potent alloy used to inoculate the Grey and S.G. Iron to control the matrix structure and avoiding casting defect. Different types of inoculants exist, with ferrosilicon serving as the base metal. The following inoculants for different bearings are produced similarly to the ferrosilicon magnesium; the inoculants are also produced with low-impurity ferrosilicon. To ensure good inoculant, the content of all elements in the alloy is controlled and within the specific requirements of the customers.
